- Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA):
- General: 4 posts (UR-2, EWS-1, OBC-1)
- Finance & Accounts: 4 posts (UR-2, OBC-2)
- Stores & Purchase: 2 posts (SC-1, OBC-1)
- Junior Stenographer: 6 posts (UR-1, SC-1, OBC-1 + Backlog: ST-1, OBC-1, PwBD-1).
Eligibility
- JSA: 10+2 with typing speed of 35 WPM (English)/30 WPM (Hindi).
- Junior Stenographer: 10+2 with shorthand speed of 80 WPM.
Age Limit
- JSA: Max 28 years (UR), relaxable up to 33 (OBC), 35 (SC/ST).
- Stenographer: Max 27 years (UR), relaxable up to 32 (OBC), 34 (SC/ST).
- PwBD/Ex-Servicemen: Additional relaxation as per rules.
Application Fee
- General/OBC/EWS: ₹500 (non-refundable).
- SC/ST/PwBD/Women/Ex-Servicemen: Exempted.
Salary
- JSA: Pay Level-2 (₹19,900–63,200) + allowances (~₹36,220/month).
- Junior Stenographer: Pay Level-4 (₹25,500–81,100) + allowances (~₹47,415/month).
Selection Process
- Written Exam (OMR/Computer-Based):
- JSA: Paper-I (Mental Ability) + Paper-II (General Awareness, English).
- Stenographer: Single paper (General Intelligence, Awareness, English).
- Skill Test:
- JSA: Typing test (qualifying).
- Stenographer: Shorthand test (qualifying).
