Eligibility:
- Educational Qualification: 10+2/XII or equivalent and proficiency in stenography as per DoPT norms.
- Proficiency Test: Dictation speed of 80 wpm with transcription time of 50 minutes (English) or 65 minutes (Hindi).
Age Limit:
- UR: 27 years
- ST/EWS: Relaxations applicable as per government rules.
- PwBD/Ex-Servicemen: Additional relaxations as per GOI norms.

Pay Level 4: ₹25,500 – ₹81,100

- General Awareness: 50 questions, 50 marks
- English Language: 100 questions, 100 marks
- Proficiency Test in Stenography: Qualifying in nature.
