Course Details:
Selected candidates must complete a one-year PGDBF course at Manipal School of Banking, Bangalore. The program includes:
- 6 months of classroom training
- 2 months of internship
- 4 months of on-the-job training
- Monthly stipend during the course:
- Rs. 5,000 per month during training
- Rs. 15,000 per month during internship
Salary After Appointment:
Upon successful completion of training, candidates will be appointed as Junior Assistant Managers with an annual salary package of Rs. 6.14 – 6.50 lakh per annum.
