Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Candidates must have a 3-year or 5-year Law Degree from a recognized university.
- Graduation Timing: The degree must have been obtained within two years immediately before the date of this notification.
- Age Limit: Must be under 30 years as of 1st July 2024.
- Nationality: Candidates must be Indian citizens.
Additional Requirements:
- Computer knowledge, including legal search engines such as Manupatra, sec Online, LexisNexis, and Westlaw.
- The candidate should not be engaged in any other profession or study that could interfere with the law clerk duties.

- How to Apply: The application form is available on the official High Court website http://tshc.gov.in.
- Submission: Complete applications, along with proof of age, category, and qualifications, must be sent by registered post to: Registrar General, High Court for the State of Telangana
- Envelope: Mark with “Application for the post of Law Clerk”.
- Deadline: 23rd November 2024, by 5:00 PM. Late applications will not be considered, and the court is not responsible for postal delays.
