Eligibility
- Engineers: BE/B.Tech (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical/IT) with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) + 3 years’ experience.
- Executives:
- HR: MBA/PGDM in HR + 3 years’ experience.
- Finance: CA/CMA + 1 year’s experience.
Age Limit
- Max 30 years (relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 for OBC, 10 for PwBD).
Application Fee
- General/OBC/EWS: ₹500 | SC/ST/PwBD/Women: Exempted.
Salary
- Approx. CTC: ₹11 lakhs per annum (fixed + variable).
Selection Process
- Computer-Based Test (CBT): 70 marks (Technical + Aptitude).
- Interview: 20 marks.
- Experience: 10 marks (1 mark/year, max 10).
