Chief Manager (Finance)

- Pay Scale: ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000
- Upper Age Limit: 42 Years
Chief Manager (Personnel)
- Vacancies: 1 (OBC)
- Pay Scale: ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000
- Upper Age Limit: 40 Years
Deputy Manager (Project)
- Vacancies: 2 (UR-1, ST-1)
- Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000
- Upper Age Limit: UR: 32 Years, ST: 37 Years
Eligibility
General Manager (Project)
Postgraduate degree in Arts, Science, Commerce, Agriculture, Veterinary Science, or Engineering. MBA/LLB preferred. Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, with 10 years in a senior managerial role.
Chief Manager (Finance)
CA/CWA/MBA (Finance). Minimum 5 years of experience, including 3 years in a middle management role. Expertise in financial policies, budgeting, taxation, audits, and project financing.
Chief Manager (Personnel)
Postgraduate degree in Personnel Management, HR, Industrial Relations, or Social Work. MBA/LLB preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, employee relations, labor laws, and performance management.
Deputy Manager (Project)
Postgraduate degree in Arts, Science, Commerce, Agriculture, Veterinary Science, or Engineering. MBA/LLB preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in project formulation, evaluation, and financial planning.
Age Limit
Age relaxation applicable as per government norms for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/ESM candidates.
Application Fee
- ₹1000/- for General/OBC candidates
- SC/ST/PwBD/ESM/Departmental candidates are exempted
- Payment should be made through a Demand Draft in favor of NSTFDC, payable at New Delhi
Salary
Competitive pay as per IDA scale along with additional benefits and allowances.
Selection Process
- Shortlisting based on qualifications and experience
- Personal Interview at NSTFDC Corporate Office, New Delhi
- Candidates from Government/PSUs must submit a NOC at the time of the interview
