- Educational Qualification:
- GGM (Civil): B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- GGM (Mechanical): B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/related fields
- GGM (ES&T): B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/related fields
- GGM (Finance): CA/CMA
- DGM (HR): MBA/PG in HR/Personnel Management
- Experience:
- GGM: 23 years
- DGM: 11 years
- Experience in relevant sectors required (Railways, Infra, Finance, HR, etc.)
Age Limit (as of 17.04.2025):
- GGM Posts: Max 53 years
- DGM (HR): Max 41 years
