RITES Technical Assistant Jobs 2025 Eligibility

• Educational Qualification:
  • Full-time Diploma in Civil Engineering from AICTE-approved institutions.
  • Minimum 50% marks for UR/EWS; 45% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in PSC Sleeper Plant (Production/Quality/Material Testing)
    OR
  • 2 years in RCC construction works.
• Final experience calculation date: 19.03.2025

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 40 years as of 19th March 2025
• Age Relaxation: As per Govt. norms for reserved categories.

Application Fee

• General/OBC/EWS: ₹300 + GST
• SC/ST/PwBD: ₹100 + GST (Refundable upon exam participation)

Salary

• Monthly Basic Pay: ₹16,338
• Gross Monthly Pay: ₹29,735
• Annual CTC: ₹3,56,819
• Pay may vary by location and assignment terms.

Selection Process

• Written Test (Objective type, 125 questions, 2.5 hrs, no negative marking)
• Qualifying Marks:
  • UR/EWS: 50%
  • SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwBD: 45%
• Document Scrutiny after written test for shortlisted candidates.
